Hi loves, my name is Karina Nicoldine, and before you start this program, I want you to know exactly who you’re learning from.
I’ve been an athlete my whole life.
I hold track and field records, I’ve competed on bodybuilding stages, and one of the hardest physical shows in the world. Everything you see on my body today… I built it. None of this was handed to me. It took discipline, structure, and showing up every single day even when I didn’t feel like it.
For the past two years, I’ve been studying and applying everything about leg growth, glute science, core control, breathing, food timing, and recovery. I don’t just “work out.” I train like an athlete because I am one. And my goal for you is to learn how to train like an athlete too not just for a nice body, but for a stronger, healthier, more confident version of yourself.
My training style is very Brazilian-inspired:

This program is the blueprint I use for myself. The same system that built my bottom-heavy physique, my round glutes, my quad sweep, and my tight waist. I created this guide because I want women to understand that your dream body is possible, but it requires you to commit, to focus, and to be consistent even when you’re busy, tired, or not motivated.
